As I understand, the publisher is pretty big. Our titles were published there via intermidiator, on flat-fee basis.

We have both licensed games from them to sell in the US and to them for Germany. They are one of the bigger companies in Germany and as such there is good and bad. They have a lot of titles so your's is not likely to get that much attention. They are also now focusing more on high-budget, full price titles, so I am not sure how much attention a casual or indie game would get from them. That said, we have been very happy with the sales of the game we licensed to them. It recouped the advance pretty quickly and has generated reasonable sales every quarter.

It's a good copmany to deal with, but as said casual titles won't get much attention and you probably won't see more than the up-front money because of low sales. But it also depends on your game I think.
