First of all, I would like to say hello to all. This is my first post, although I've been lurking for well over a year. I've not had a chance to write a game yet (although I do run a small shareware business, after years of working on Wall Street as a cubicle monkey), but recently I've been 'commissioned' by a friend of the family to write a small game for their young child.
Anyway, I won't be posting any details on the game until I at least have some decent screenshots, but I do have something relatively useful to contribute, so here I am.
I am using the (excellent) PTK library for this project, and am targetting the Mac platform.
I've had some difficulty setting up PTK with Xcode, and while I'm sure such things exist out there somewhere, I had a hard time finding a tutorial on the subject.
So after I figured everything out, I created my own.
I put it up online, and Patrice (of PTK) seems to approve, so, if anyone is having trouble setting up PTK with Xcode -
