Hello,
just found out that my game BALLOONrain is sold here :
http://try.games.is/product/product=799 , using their own DRM.
I never have been in contact with them.
Another possibility would be that it is Xing Interactive that sold my game to them, though the contract ended since almost 1 year now.
So I wonder if anyone else sees his game illegally sold by them there ? (they have a lot of games... )
They are even selling "Tennis Antics" which freeware since a long time now, if I remember good.

Well I'd just contact them and find out. My impression is that they're a pretty reputable company. They should be able to sort out where they got it from etc...
Scandinavian Games is fair company, as I know. I believe you should contact your publisher to stop sales. Do not forget to ask for your part of royalties :)

Hello,
I just sent them an email... I'll let you know what's going on.
Maybe they are a "fair" and "pretty reputable company", but I wanted to try the version of my game from their website, but it needs to download and launch a small installer that contains an Adware, which is not specified on the website...

ok, they said they got a license from Xing Interactive, probably on last year, and they already removed my game listing...
Damn Xing, I wish I'd never got contract with them, only brought me trouble and no money.

Guess you didn't do much research before you signed with them?
You might, as an experiement, ask these guys who were selling your game online if they actually sent any money to Xing.

I know I didn't.
We just released our first game and got contacted by Xing and got really excited that "things started happening for us" so soon, and knew the name of Xing by their product Audio Catalyst. So we blindly entered into agreement with them only to be screwed big time.
A few days after signing the agreement, I came across a thread about Xing on these boards, and heard all bad things about them, but it was too late.
To all indie newcomers:
DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY DEAL WITH XING.
(This should be put into a sticker on these boards)

yup, same for me, I didn't do much research about Xing before to sign with them.
I already read a couple of bad comments about them, but I thought that maybe it was just coz the games were bad or something like that...
So I still wanted to give a try... my bad... ;)
