Matt was actually really versatile and responsive to our needs. He rendered all the villagers for us to the point where we basically could just drop them into the game. We had really specific ideas about how the villagers should look and he was totally on it. Then we threw some animation cel strips at him that were giving us a lot of trouble and he nailed them.

If you can find a period of time when we do not already have him booked, I can recommend him without a doubt.
