Yes, another one. Will make noises for money, apparently.

Preferrable formats: the streamable ones, but I can also make mods and midis if need be.
And, uh, on the off chance that anyone around is cooking up a smash hit for C64 - I make sids, too.

Well, that's about it, here's a small reel (http://www.archive.org/download/trompkins/_reel.ogg) - have a listen for yourself.

Hi Maciej, I like your music but it's pretty dark for the casual game space. Do you have any lighter stuff we could listen to? I couldn't find a price sheet anywhere on your site - what do you typically charge for a couple minutes of loopable music?

Hey, Lennard, thanks for the comment.

Hmmm, I'd think the opening and the closing snippet of the reel aren't that dark... But You're right, most of my pieces seem to be a bit on the gloomy side.

Here's (http://tic.art.pl/tmp/_snap.ogg) a quickie 0:30 lo-fi loop I just whipped up - I hope it's enough to convince You I'm also able to do somewhat lighter things. (I wonder if anyone can tell where I lifted samples from... Hint: the source file was compressed with NoisePacker 3.0)

Pricing... Ah, it's *SO* tempting to give You a standard, circumlocutory answer - that everything depends on the kind of project You have in mind, the degree to how much I like it, the current phase of the moon and all that... I think ~$100/minute for a quality orchestral piece is a fair price; of course You're free to haggle if You feel it's not. The more casual, non-orchestral stuff I'd offer for, say, ~$60/minute. Everything negotiable. How about that?

Ooh, some *really* nice stuff on your website. Some of the grandiose orchestral stuff really reminds me of the lovely music on Final Fantasy Tactics (not in that it's a similar composition, just the epic sense of scale it has).

Sadly I make freeware games and am skint. :P

Thank You, gentlemen. Now... Hire me!

:D Yeah, and it seems that You deal in speccy remakes exclusively... Well, I don't mind doing an off the wall remix of some retro tune from time to time, for charity, to balance my piss-poor karma. (Just to let You know, You know).

Hurrah! Although I've got music for my current one. :)

Good luck getting one of these pro's to cough up some dough. ;)
