Just wanted to share a few things that my kids have done recently, and maybe start a fun thread about our kids and the games they play.
1 - My 5-year old daughter loves Bonnie's bookstore. She found it on her own exploring popcap, and when I came by I discovered her about 3 levels in. I sent Phil a photo of her playing BB and he shared his surprise at how many kids around 5th grade play or knows about casual/indie games.
2 - The inspiration for this thread. My wife and I were sitting in our bedroom the other afternoon discussing the mundane aspects of life, when we heard this "noise" coming from the dining room, where I set up a SFF computer for the kids (with a plexiglass cover on the LCD).
It sounded like a cross between Bevis and Butthead's "huh huh huh huh" and a classic villain’s maniacal laughter, only on 2x fast-forward.
Silence. Then it happened again. "huh huh ha ha huh huh ha ha..." Both my daughter and 2-year old son voices. WTF?
John Raptis --- you shouldn't let poor Chuzzles be abused like that. My 2-year old son would click one furiously until it sneezed it's fur off. Over and over. My kids thought it the funniest thing they have ever seen in their lives. And oh, the disappointment when they found out a big Chuzzle won't sneeze. They want to have a word with you, John... :D
