Hi Sean, I like the easy to use UI on your website.

Including a cost per minute of looped music would be helpful. Also, some people on this forum use different formats like MIDI and MOD - letting us know if you compose in those formats would be helpful as well.

I used to have a complex site, complete with a bio, some photos, a blog, and then realized that most employers don't care about any of that stuff, or at least not when it comes to your music.

I can also compose MIDI tracks as well as MOD, (MOD is not my greatest strength, and I have not played around with it outside of experimenting, but am nonetheless able to do it) but I have much more experience using digital samples to create pieces for games.

As for pricing, it depends completely on the project. I am able to work with most budgets, and am also open to flat rates as well. If you want to shoot me a demostration of the kind of project you are working on, I can shoot you back a projected budget.

Thanks,
Sean Beeson

Sean,

Is souless plains the monrovian orchestra? How long did you spend rehersing/recording that if so? If it is another orchestra than which. They sound great. Nice work. I had heard not so good things about them but if that's them then maybe that source was incorect.

It is indeed their orchestra. Or the group that was playing the piece was completely comprised of musicians from that orchestra.

I was able to record 2 pieces in one hour, and it ran me, when everything was said and done, about 2200$.

Some people have told me they aren't good too, and suggested I go with another orchestra, but this was by far the cheapest orchestra, and the people telling me that I should look around for another one were people that have recorded with some very prestigious orchestras.

$2200 for an orchestra - including recording engineers etc...???

that's a pretty good price!!!

Did you conduct or was one included? What about copying...I know that costs a decent amount, unless you did it all yourself...?
