Nice!
How difficult was it to get permission to use the Grand Slam sites? And how much did it cost?

Wimbledon is a place name.
I think everybody can use place names for free.

"Australian Open" and "French Open" are protected.

There are several Wimbledon related trademarks as well. If you don't have any official right, you should consider making some changes.

You're obviously trying to give the appearence that your game mimics the ATP World Tour (see "World Tour" heading on the screens, using french / australian open, wimbledon, etc.).

I'm no lawyer so you might be perfectly save. But if you're trying to make money using this product you should be 100% sure that using these terms as they are is no problem.

Well, it's up to you. If you're sure that using these terms is ok, just do it. Your choice...

We will investigate if there are any problem.
Thank you for your advice.

Yep you will need to check as you may find you have problems in this context.

I got in trouble with the WPBSA for provisionally titling my game "World Snooker", which amazingly, is a registered trademark.

Seems you can buy the rights to anything these days - even the name of an entire sport.
