I've receive offer from transaction-one.com (T1) to distribute my games. But they want $1000 aprox. to add my game to distribution network and 40% from every sale.
Does anybody knows something about transaction-one?
Please give me an advice!

Don't touch them with a 100 foot barge pole!
They want you to pay them for the priviledge of making money off your game. This is the same scam that the writing community faces from time to time. Money is supposed to flow to the author, not the other way around.
Of course, this doesn't mean that you don't fund your own development, or marketing if you are going alone. But you sure don't pay a publisher to sell your game!

I checked out their download store on Dabs. They are selling 'Maxx Platypus' (yes, this is the same Platypus we all know) for £4.25 ($7.55).
I thought Mike at Retro64 bought the online rights for platypus?
As for these people at T1, send them an email and thank them for the "joke" and tell them it was very funny.

<sarcasm> run forest, RUN! </sarcasm>
now really, take a look on the following:
1. they think your game is good enough to be sold? why don't they think that its aint good enough to cover the expenses?
2. have they given you their website? displayed any games that they demonstrated success in the market?
3. should you ask for recommendations from other developers who used their services, will they (have any) give email for you?
4. did they ask for the full game to review if its fits their needs? the least interest in the game should contain what is the real difference between the demo and the full version.
5. company that is so well organised and based, should introduce themselves in the letter and try to convice you with (first and foremost) where they are based and since when did they started publishing, examples from past experienced (why you should pick them) and a brief explanation why you should sign with them. I think that alone should come before any business details.
want more reasons why you shouldnt sign with them?

They talk that they have 3000 visitors at the moment, and wats the full version of my games to wrap it with ALLADIN (similar Amadillo).
I've asked they "can i pay setup fee ($1000 aprox) from money that i'll earn using T1 network" and they answer NO!
I doubt a 10-foot bargepole is quite long enough...

Last month I also received offer from T1 to distribute my programs (see http://www.ActualTools.com/)
They also wanted setup fee for this. So, I decided to check who they are and contacted with their several vendors, who already work with T1.
I got 7 or 8 responses and only one was positive, all others were very negative and I decided not to work with T1.
I hope this infomation will help you.

Even if I contacted 10 person and all 10 person gave positive comment, I would NEVER pay to get my game to a publisher (expecially a sum so high).
Are we going crazy??? :D
It's the publisher that needs our games...! I understand a small setup fee for big sites like download.com... but I know no publisher who ask setup fee (BFG, Realarcade, Gamehouse and Reflexive don't require it and I hope that they will never require one!!!).

as my mom always says: "Asking questions is free, but sometimes not asking them isn't"
if your game is important to you, heck, if those 1000$ and reputation are important to you - do some research or at least ask some questions from people who dealt with them just as trekmike did.

This reminds me of that "pay to play" controversy in the music scene 15 years ago when bar owners were starting to charge bands to play in their bar. (There were a lot of commercial musicians voicing their opinions against it.)

It usually means 'Big Fragging Gun'!

The "F" doesn't mean "Fragging". ;)
