HAIFA, ISRAEL (April 28th, 2006): Independent PC video game developer ROMAC STUDIOS announced today the long awaited release of Super Slam Ball, an original smash hit classic ball game. Great arcade action that costs less than a visit to the alley! The game blends great graphics with simple and addictive game play for hours of enjoyment. A great 'spin' on one of the world's almost forgotten sports, choose a ball and shoot for the top score.
Super Slam Ball features two challenging modes, five exciting environments and an unlockable BONUS environment. Each level has six goals as well as unique obstacles to jump over, slam into, and ricochet off! Players can choose between 16 different ball designs, each with unique performance attributes, as well as a bonus ball with special features. The challenge awaits, who can attain the accolade of the ultimate SSB player.
There are many obstacles in the various levels, such as:
* Ramps: Lift the ball up in the air for a better score.
* Walls: Block half of the lane - can only be avoided by jumping over or steering around.
* Blockades / Pots / Asteroids / Treasure Boxes / Shrines: Breakable obstacles for goals. They also slow you down.
* Bumpers: Bump the ball back.
* Other: Porthole, loopdaloop, dead fish, and much more!
Super Slam Ball uses the simplest control for full ease of use. The game play is simple and yet challenging providing an addictive and fun packed time for the whole family. A free demo is available for download from:
