Well, I switched me hosting provider to LunarPages.com and so far it has not been very good. My email has been non functional since last Thusday and today I have NOT recieved an explaination.
I have to support tickets open at the highest severity and still nothing. I open the second ticket for there sales staff. However, they just apologies and forward it to support. Anyone has similar experieces with these guys? Any other .Net hosting providers you would recommend?
PS: Don't email me!

My experience with them has been nothing short of golden. Perhaps it'll just work itself out. Give 'em some time -- they're a really excellent host.

Four days without email and 3 days with an open ticket and no explaination is a lot of time?

I've heard about them but never used them. I use Dewahost and haven't had any problems at all. Support tickets are always answered promptly. I'm not sure if they have what you need. Only you know your exact requirements. :)

I was with Lunarpages a few years ago, found them to be downright unhelpful when a problem came up, ended up being forced to move my entire site from a laptop during GDC.
I was able to get someone on the phone, but he flat out refused to let me speak with the higher up tech. "He doesn't want to speak with you"
Thumbs down.
Of course, in web-host time, two years is ages.
Could be unrelated but last I heard they were about to physically move all of the hosting servers down a few flights of stairs and plug 'em all back in... The plan was to space it out over a couple of days, so it may just be that the timing is very bad. I'm sure if everyone's site is going down for 20 minutes at a time here and there that the support people are going absolutely nuts trying to handle it all.
I've been using 'em for a while without issue, but my sites are so simple that I've never needed support (yet).

Ok, so after five days without email; and three days with a response from tech support my email was fixed. So, it appears that I either lost all email during the past 4-5 days or it bounced? Here was the helpful explaination of the problem.
Hello,
Apologies for any delay in our reply.
This situation should be resolved at this time.
If you can try again, please let us know if you still require assistance.
Thanks
PS: I actually called these guys on the weekend and I found them very unhelpful. I think I will find a new service provider.

Hi Sean,
I used to use Liquid Web last year until I payed for six months of service in advance. I noticed their customer service was less than acceptable then. I had a choice, I four new potential hosts to choose from. Pair, LunarPages, Bell Canada and Dewahost. I tried Pair first. I was completely unsatisified and moved to Dewahost within 10 days of activating my Pair account. Dewahost took my Cpanel settings (with my permission) from Liquid Web and had me set and running in no time. Since I belong to AISIP, I did get a special package price, even though it is more expensive than Liquid Web, but it's been worth the cost. You haven't mentioned what your requirements are (including price), but when I compared Bell and DewaHost, many features stood out. Dewahost support has been flawless. Bell (when I tried Sympatico) was horrible, so they were eliminated fairly quickly. There are a few developers from AISIP who use DewaHost and agree their service is excellent. I'm not sure who in ASP,as I'm not a member, use Dewahost, or whether you're a member of either, but it can't hurt to investigate them and see if they satisfy your requirements. Just so you know, incompetency is one of my major pet peeves and DewaHost excels in assuring me they are professional and reliable.
Hope this helps.
Glenn

Sean, I've just changed my host from PowWeb to IX Hosting at the beginning of this month, and I have to say that I am actually very pleased with IX Hosting. Encountered no problem at all in the changeover, and now have 3 free websites to play around with. And they're cheaper than PowWeb too.

Well I was pretty much fored to switch service providers; still nothing from LunarHost on my email. I decided to go with IX Hosting after a lot of research into the availble options of windows hosting accounts. They have a real-time live chat feature that I have already used twice to help determine if there was anyone home. Wish me luck, it will probably be a few days before my domain propagates.
I wonder if I will really get a full refund from LunarHost (less than 30 days)?

Let me know how IX Hosting goes. I need to switch the provider for my site (I can't do a very effective job if I only have a gig for assets :o ) and IX seems like a great deal... almost too good.
