Hello everyone. I would like to make a suggestion. I suggest that you guys add a "Public Diary" forum. Here users can make thier own diary and post whatever they wnant in it.

Maybe a seperate forum that people can post in when they've updated their blog. There seems to be more and more "Hi. Just wanted to say I've updated my blog - you can read it here".

Yes-Yes! I'm with luggage on issue.
Please give to the bloggers some separated space to announce their creations. Or ask them (by rules) to publish this in (maybe) Indie related chat.

As Gabriel said, that's what RSS feeds are for. The technology already exists, let's use it.

In the Digital Point Forums (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/) they have a mod on vBulletin so that members can enter their RSS link in their personal prefs. Then on posts that you make it displays the title of your most recent blog post, with a link to it.

I thought it was pretty cool way of tying together the group forum area with everyone's personal writing area.

Or just get on Andy's Qatfish (http://www.qatfish.com/), and keep the forum's clean.

Sillysoft's idea is good. As is www.qatfish.com which seems to have a lot of potential. My meaningless ramble about ILoveEgg is on there at the moment, again defying prediction.

If we're going to add another forum area it should be the "Cloning / Is it Indie? / Does Piracy Hurt Us" forum.

Probably because all you greedy, corporate pigs are too busy cloning each others games to notice the rampant piracy taking place all around... *grumbles off*
