Google's AdSense

Has anyone used Google's AdSense here?

When I fill out the application form I get the message "This account is already in use".

When I try to sign in to AdSense I get:

"Welcome! You're signed in to Google Accounts under the email email@domain.com and your Google Account password, but this is different from your AdSense account email and/or password. If you're an AdSense publisher, try signing in using your AdSense email and password. Or, sign up for AdSense. "

What do I do? That is my main email address. Do I need a second email address just to use AdSense?:confused:

I was going to wait for help from the Google people, but I'm sure they'll take forever to respond. So I thought I'd ask here.

i had the same problem. use the google 'live help' feature, its like a mini chat room where they sort it for you really quickly.

Cliffski did you have to have a second email adress to use AddSense?

I use the same address, but a different password.

i had 2 addresses, and they asked me to link one to the other, and it all went wrong, i cant remember the details, but google were very very helpful fixing it.

In the end I had to give them a second email address.
