http://phpgroupware.org/ seems to be my best bet for what I'm looking to do.
It has great features, but hopefully won't be too big of a pain to install....

We're using Basecamp (http://www.basecamphq.com/) for a project now. It works wonderfully for our purposes.

Because I work with virtual teams and we need a better way to handle documents and todo lists? ;)
