I have been using the computer to make pixel art, most extensively for about 5 years. I have done a lot of work with Graal Online and have given them much free work. I co-managed their first pay-server and they have since blossomed, making thousands of dollars (hundreds of thousands, even).

I have not been paid by them, unfortunately, but I am still smiling. So if anyone wants to work on a 2D, overhead, Zelda (for SNES) type game, that would be awesome.

I am selling most of the graphics in that album, as well (some aren't even pixel art, so they are not for sale particularly) and there are many more on my hard-drive.

This is great stuff. Are you selling rights to use the artwork in a new game or exclusive rights? How much? Do you do commissions as well?

Seems like mobile game developers would dig what you have as well.

Nice work. :) I'm a programmer and I'd be interested in working with you. I can't tell from your post if you are freelancing or offering to team up with someone though. Thanks a lot, that means a lot to me :-) I've always known I am good but so many greedy people have made money off of me and even began lying and telling people I didn't do the work I did and won't give me anything in return, so your kind words do mean very much!

I would do commissions if someone is interested (I don't see any need for this though unless the game has promising success)
I am also willing to sell the rights to graphics


I am so burned out on doing work and not making money from it, and people making money from my work though that now that I am smart enough to get paid for my stuff, I do not have plans to make anymore graphics until this album starts selling sufficiently because they do need to be used :-) would be too much on me to do even more work with so much lack of profit
What I would be willing to do for more graphics however though would be minor modifications, as well as some extra sprites for various character such as walking sprites for the cat, paw slashing sprites, roaring sprites, etc.

But making entirely new things at this point I am not doing

This beach set ( http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b153/verdad/beachstuff.jpg NOTE: this is a jpeg, resized, and not the real image that you will use) is probably one of the most important items in the album as these tiles can be used to make an entire game and would obviously make lots of money. The tiles can be used to make a beautiful ocean scene too as I will link for you: http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b153/verdad/ocean.gif

These have lots of variations so paying for a single item usually entails other graphics such as: leaf variations, color variations, shading, and style variations. You can pick which ones you like best for yourself and discard the rest if you'd like, but they will be yours.

I prefer commissions for the beach set, this should be obvious why.
If you want to just buy every item for sale in that album and all the variations on my computer, feel free to make an offer I am thinking of around $1000 and that would cut the need to pay me commissions too...if you want to offer me a percentage of royalties for your game and you want to own all the rights to the stuff, I'd be willing to do that. Depending on the success of your game will be the percentage I want to agree on. Whether or not you want all the graphics or not is not the point, but everyone's a sucker for mass sales! :-)

Anyway perhaps this seems unprofessional to you all but I am not a professional at this, I just make good art and I need to sell these
