Casual Game Conference in Amsterdam

I really, really want to, but I can't. :-( I just don't have the money at the moment. It's shame, because it doesn't happen that often that such a conference is held so close by.

Hey guys -- shoot me an email if you are local to The Netherlands but can't afford the conference. We have volenteer positions open!!!!! And we really really really want you to be able to meet publishers and distributors.

We can also get you into the community party if you live in Amsterdam (I just have to clear it with the sponsors)

I want to make sure you all can attend and the ticket price doesn't hamper you, so please email if you need help!

Wish could make it eveyone, doing Casuality Seattle instead this summer. Seems Casuality Amsterdam is drawing a lot of EU, eastern EU, Russian, and some US reps. Please keep us all posted as looks like it's going to be huge!

Dammit, I really should have gotten my ass there. But its at the start of a new term and I dont really have any of my casual titles ready yet.

One thing I noticed Jessica if you can make it clear. I noticed that the registration page had the price of 400 dollars/euros on it, but it says it pays for all of the different conferences (seattle etc). I usually go and see my mates at Garagegames in Eugene in October, does that 400 dollar registration pay for entry to Indiegamescon too?

Thats kinda neat, a bunch of new casual games conferences under one umbrella.

Ah well, it sounds like it'll be useful maybe next time. I hate going to these business related conferences without product to sell.

Hi all,

I enjoyed myself so much last week in Amsterdam, I've decided last minute to use the conference as an excuse to go again so I'll see you guys there.

I'll be staying at the Swissotel just at Dam Square.

Is there going to be a Monday night meet up anywhere? I can't guarantee I'll make it because my flight is quite late but if there's one on I'll try my best.

If there's nothing arranged yet can I suggest Susie's Saloon (http://www.susiessaloon.com/)? Beer's good, has a pool table (the proper kind not the weird American type) and it's close enough to my hotel that I might just make it.

Wish I could be there too, Gamefiesta is going thru a major overhaul and are goign to be re-launching thru Feb and into March so GDC will be my coming out party (games related).
