ad server solution?

Anyone know a good ad server solution? Preferrable something that's hosted/managed elsewhere. The managed solutions I've seen are un-reasonably expensive IMHO. Seen all sorts of ad scripts can run on own servers but concerned about possible hacker exploits as seems many sites get hacked by 3rd party solutions, particuarly ad servers.

Unfortunately, I have the same concerns as you with running open-source 3rd party software on my server. PHPBB gives me enough headaches as it is...
