In ebay Australia:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/OS-X-MEGA-GAME-PAK-VOLUMES-1-2-3-OVER-275-GAMES_W0QQitemZ5843277991QQcategoryZ189QQcmdZViewI tem

you can see from screenshots games from me, mystery studio and many other popular Mac OS games.

In description they talk about shareware and then they add the line:
Many of these games are full unrestricted versions with no limitations.

If someone in australia wants to investigate... :)

edit: ok maybe they just mean that there are freewares, and they're not doing anything illegal.

In description they talk about shareware and then they add the line:
Many of these games are full unrestricted versions with no limitations. For what it's worth, some of the games (like Super Frog: Christmas Chaos (http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Games/Super-Frog-Christmas-Chaos.shtml)) are freeware. So, short of distributing shareware without permission, he may actually be doing little wrong. Food for thought.

Ok, maybe they're doing nothing wrong. They could have just said "some of them are freewares" instead of talking about "fullversions" though ;)

Actually, I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to distribute a lot of this stuff for profit. And some of those games might need permission to redistribute. For example, it looks like Retrospec's Head Over Heels remake is featured there. And according to the Retrospec website:

We don't allow our software to be distributed with any commercial enterprise without first obtaining permission from us. Depending on what your CD is, how it's being distributed and how much you're charging for it, we will make a decision about whether or not this is acceptable. Please use the feedback form to contact us to request permission.

They have a screenshot of my game there. It looks like they are only including the demo version of it. Fine by me...
