Inno Setup + 7-zip error (Win98 SE)

Do you know of any problems using Inno Setup with 7-zip?
Got an email from someone telling me
"When I tried to click on the setup icon, a dialog box appeared
with"unknown error", and "7-Zip" on it. "
Other games with Inno Setup/7-zip worked.

Could anyone with Win98 SE help me out and try if the demo version of my game Bound Around can be installed?

Seriously, though, the file was probably corrupted. It's very possible that a virus may have infected the installer thus throwing off the checksum and causing a decompression (7Zip) error.

Are you using the LZMA compression in the Inno Setup installer, or are you repackaging the installer with 7Zip?

Had some similiar problems with Inno. First it would corrupt the exe and after several attempts it finally settled down with that situation. Then another cropped up. Having MP3 with the product and Inno for some reason caused the product not to play the MP3 file. I'm not sure if it changed the MP3 in some respects that the program couldn't read it any longer, or there was some other underlying reason. I asked in the support forums, but unfortunately didn't get very far. I no longer use Inno and switched over to NSIS. Haven't had any problems since.

(And no Daniel, my systems are verified clean every night... for everything):)

The file works on my pc and i never had complains about it except from this one person. So how can the file be corrupted?
I am using 7-zip from inside of Inno, i think it's an option you have to check to make the .exe 7-zipped.

Downloads get corrupted in transit all the time. I get these complaints every so often. The cure is just to redownload it!

(but they may need to shift-click or whatever to ensure they get a fresh copy instead of the cached one... and if they are on AOL, it could be even worse, since AOL caches things on their end)

Ah yes, probably the corrupt file was cached. So it was still corrupt after 3 times of downloading. Thanks.

Usually it isn't a corrupt file- it's an INCOMPLETE file. This happens a lot with AOL- the download just ends for seemingly no reason. Here is what I tell the users to do:
