Website Logo Request

I was wondering if someone could make a cool logo that has a somewhat future-istic look that says "Shmup Dev" or "SHmUP DEV" or "SHMUP DEV" (not sure what is best, your thoughts?)

I will be using SMF Forums and using this specific theme: http://turkish.doom9.org/smftheme/index.php?theme=5

The Image you'll replace is this: http://turkish.doom9.org/smftheme/Themes/safblue/images/top_bg.gif

You can put the text on the top left, or middle, or right or left, or bottom left or right, or whatever you think would look the very BEST in YOUR opinion and would fit the theme as posted above. Thanks! :)
I would like the logo within a couple days from today (atleast! sooner the better) I will pay on completion.

Scott Shaver has been making some cool logos for it on the blitz site. I do think that if anyone who has a shooter would llike to share their game art it would make for a really cool collage. Since this site is going to be more about the modern shooters, I feel that it would be most fitting.

What if I end up paying a good amount for something that looks kinda like it? :) It depends on the artist and my confidence in him or her.

I suppose I'd be willing to pay $50.00 for an artist willing to make a logo that kills the current logo online. Granted, I'm not sure if that's possible ;)

EEEEEEhhhhh. I never thought i would get paid for it :D just remember me when members of your forum need electronic music or graphics and you are too busy ;)

Heres a draft. Is this ok ? I need to correct the name and tweak it a little more, i will fit the ship more nicely too but do you like the general design ?

Just remove the SH.M.UP.DEV

and put

SHMUP DEV (maybe in a cool way too)

Ho glad you liked it... i did not change much in this update since you seemed to like it a lot :)

i think this one is better... would this be a final design ? can you put it up so we can see what it looks like in context and make some final changes if necesary ?
