That depends what it needs to sound like. If it needs to sound electronic i will manipulate a sine, otherwise i will record anything i think could work, then crop it down and layer some other recordings on top.

Simon's working on my game War Angels at Moonpod and he's done a really good job of it so far, cheaply too. I'd recommend him
