Hi everyone.
We have just finished the demo of our newest action game: Historyk Pool. It has 3D graphics as can be seen in the screenshot below and it's a combination of pool and football.
It can be played single or double player.
You can see more info, screenshots at:
http://www.whiteblobs.com/games/historykpool/historykpool.htm
You can download it from here:

Please have a look on it and tell us what you think and how it feels.
Thanks,
Petru.

Only could give it a short try at work.
One thing: Why do you use the cursor keys for control? Mouse control is obligatory for a game like this!
btw: Is this the first indie-game with cel shading?

Thanks for the feedback.
I wanted to add mouse input, but then the gameplay would not be so fun as with the mouse you can point exactly where to make a strike.
There is still an option to play with a gamepad/joystick.
Thanks,
Petru.

Hey, looks really good and it's an interesting idea, congratulations! I'll give it a try later at home.

- the game autofires when everything stops moving (after a shot)
- it also crashes on alt-tab for me
Anyway, the game was a lot of fun for me. I would have prefered mouse controls, though. And realtime instead of turn-based. Maybe even a 4-player multiplayer (two teams)? Ha! ;)

Thanks for the feedback.
I have fixed the problem with the crash after Alt+Tab. Now it works.
About autofire: it is supposed to autofire - each player will fire automatical after a timeout - to add some rush and twist to the game. It is configurable from options menu to 3,5 or 7 secconds.

Hey, it's Xeno! I loved that game.
The only difference is that the computer players in the original were much faster, making it seem like it wasn't turn based (maybe you have the option to make them quicker, I forgot to look).
It might be nice to have a non-turn based option anyway.
The production quality is very good, I enjoyed the game and had no problems.

Yeah, I figured that out later. ;) I played it some more in the meantime and the cursor/ball/pads(?) tend to get stuck outside of play area sometimes.
Give a realtime mode a try. I think it would be great.
