A couple of years ago I read some (possibly Kagi) would automatically split revenue among team members. I don't see that as an option now-- not on their site or any other of the major ones. Is anyone still offering this service?

Dunno about Kagi but an automatic royaltly split is available using Plimus, BMT and RegNow.

Thanks! I checked Plimus and RegNow and didn't see it their "services" blurb. I'll go back and dig a little deeper.
