Hi all:
Here are IE Only (still making a ff plugin) betas of both Cosmic Bugs and Best Friends web versions:
They're are still some small tweaking things that need to be done, but i would be interested to see how they work on your browsers. Thanks!

Worked fine in my Browser for both games. However the copyright notice on the main screen (at the bottom) in Cosmic Bugs was getting cut off a bit. Looks great! I'd be interested in knowing how you did that, especially with "Best Friends", as my current project is in Blitz3D.

There is an activeX plugin floating around that lets users download your blitz3d apps and play them in the browser.
I found they both worked well in IE, Best friends did default to the NAG screen and I had to hit the "Maybe Later" button before I could play - When I hit "Space" the thing crashed.
Will you make your technology available to other Blitz Users?

Looks good. Still get an IE abort error when try to click the close button within BF, should probably eliminate any embedded close buttons from web versions.

Cosmobots ran fine, although the copyight thing was happening on my pc too.
Best Friends was a different matter altogether. It looks like the view portal was getting reduced. See screenshot.
I'm using standard IE6 with service pack 2 installed.

two issues with cosmic bugs.
1: if I switch to another IE window while the game is up, then switch back, the screen gets all fouled up.
2: not sure if this is intentional or not, but the enemy bugs speed up while the rope is firing.
I can't tell you if these problems occur with best friends because IE crashes every time I try to bring it up.
btw... just saw water bugs getting a headline billing over at realarcade. nice.

The activex control you refer to is Maher's Osakit (http://www.osakit.com).
I will not be making mine available, because of security issues. All it would take is one person to distribute malware, and the control would be flagged by spyware/virus checkers- can't have that :(
Thanks for the feedback, it's very helpful....

Bugs plays pretty well on my system, but the bg music went out when level 10 started. And on one occasion, I switched to a Yahoo Messenger window, and the cursor became trapped for a few seconds.

(All comments about Cosmic Bugs)
Message when you click on Cosmic Bugs says 'Best Friends loading' or something like that.
I'm guessing that this is ActiveX and therefore I.E. only - when I click the link in FireFox, I get a loading indicator but nothing ever happens - a better error mesage would be nice.
It worked for me in I.E.
Out of curiousity, what limitation system do you plan to use - limited # of levels? And if so, how many levels will you provide? Also, I don't see any in-game upsell messages - not sure if there are supposed to be any.

I tried out best friend with IE 6 & received an exception reference memory kind of error after pressing space bar.
