While surfing around on the ska software website i discovered a link to their up and coming title, "The Dishwasher". I am a supporter of these developers because they create games which have a great visual/audio style and a 'cartoon' like feel. They also have created their games within VB and showed that retail quality is possible using the language.
Their new game however look's simply awsome.
It's nice to see people with limited artistic resources use this to their advantage and create a whole new graphical gameplay style.
Gameplay is the focus with all their titles and even their first, basic 2D sidescrolling Yukis Vacation play's a treat. It's satisfying to kill in this game!
Not being a gamer i find it hard to look forward to a new releasesm but their new game has me itching to play. It's a 3D sidescroller with similar style to 'sincity' (so it seems) but with combo like fighting attacks and yet again, great graphical style. Everything about this game look's amazing, the graphical style look's like a treat and most of all the gameplay look's real fun. If it has similar playability to their game "Yuki's Vacation" then this will be a true winner.
This thread is a followup to my VB Developers post, just wanted everyone to see something truelly great and orginal coming from the indie community.
