What's your favorite WYSIWYG web page editor?
I'm looking for something with good templates suitable for an indie site.

It's expensive, but Dreamweaver is the closest I've gotten to WYSIWYG... I just wish it was a little more drag and drop friendly.

Dittos for Dreamweaver...
Other than that, textpad/Ultraedit32 is fine. (Though not really WYSIWYG)
Whenever I hear the words "WYSIWYG" I'm always remembering that old Microsoft Office commercial with the classroom of suits echoing the teacher saying "Wi--si--wig"

Yep, another vote for Dreamweaver. I use it for most of the work and then if I want to just edit a bit of text in a pre-existing page I use Mozilla's built in Composer.
