Tucows Experiences

In light of the download.com thread, and CustomBar almost being at the end of the Tucows queue for being listed, it'd be great if people listed on Tucows could post their experiences.

I'm particularly curious if any of their marketing options have had a positive sales effect. The ARC offers quite a few different advertising options and it'd be interesting to know what the success of these promotions really is.
