Hi everyone,
I hope that this isn't TOO OT even for the Indie Chat thread, but I'm so annoyed/mad/frustrated/aggravated with the voice menu customer care system created by Telus (here in Alberta or BC) that I've started an online petition to have Telus take a look at it, or remove it entirely.
If you're a customer and as annoyed as I am, feel free to post a reply to the topic.
