Artwork contract drafts

Hi guys,

This is first time for us when we are going to outsource some parts of our game development - artwork job to be more specific (we are just searching for a fresh breath of new styles in drawing etc.) We are going to order some outside artwork development.

That's why I need the help from peoples familiar with issue. Could you please kick me to good links to take a look on appropriate contract drafts - where we get all copyrights for images created for us.
