I know eBay isn't always that great for situations that are out of the ordinary (i.e. they actually have to deal with a customer's complaint or something), but don't you think this user's account can get banned for this? He even admits to having done this multiple times!

I mean, you can't very well auction off someone else's Windows XP authorization key, right?

Report the user for violating ebay policies, and listing a prohibited item. In the US, the page is here:

You'll have to find the equivalent page for ebay.it, but this member's account should be toast shortly. If you're really vindictive, ask ebay for his account info, and sue for copyright infringement. Or just go to his house and beat him up. ;)

Hehe but I can't sue him, isn't my game :) anyway was just fun seeing this, not only cracker play for free, but they even try to resell games... even if this one didn't seem to be successful ;)

It seems he is successful. I looked at his history and he has sold many times.

Who is the owner of the game? They can try to sue him, maybe they should get a notice.

I don't get why someone would want to bid for this on ebay when it's a) such a piffling amount of money anyway and b) so easy to buy the game direct from the developer without any stigma...?
