what does my webstat mean ?

Hi, lately I notice that most of my user visiting my site is from "Unknown/unresolved" country.
What does this mean ? Where do they actually come from ?

I'm using webalizer as my webstat app since it comes with the server service, do you think I should use others ?

I think it means that there is something wrong with your webstat service. Another thing is that certain browsers aren't supported, like Firefox.

Obviously they come from outer space.

J/c. I think that happens because most web stats software use a basic approach to guess the country the user is from, but it doesn't work always or can be faked, etc.

Webalizer is a real pain so I use this one:

Web Log Expert Lite
www.weblogexpert.com

You have to download the logs to your computer to use it.
