Mac text/hex editors?

Anyone have recommendations on Mac based text/hex editing programs? I use UltraEdit on my Windows machine but they don't seem to have a Mac version...

BBEdit is the most well known/used mac text editor. It has great multi-file grep support, among other things. It costs some $$ though.

Xcode can be used as a text editor.

SubEthaEdit (http://www.codingmonkeys.de/subethaedit/) is a text editor that can be used for collaborative text editing (i.e. multiple people can all edit the same file together on a network).
