By "arcade games" do you mean Flash / browser based games, or downloadable try / buy games. Do they need to be in the "arcade" genre, like Space Invaders clones and such?

I think you're going to need to be more specific. I've got a game in private beta right now that's getting great feedback and is almost ready to open up for critique here, and I might be open to ideas on how to monetize it, other than my own loosely formed long-term business plan... however, your post does not inspire confidence since it lacks:

a) A website,
b) A specific offer,
c) A real name,
d) A history of posting on this forum, and
e) Signs of having been checked for spelling and grammar

"Sponsor" is a pretty vague term... what are you offering (just money, or are you handling distribution or what?) and what are you expecting to take in return?

Okay will try to be more specific.

First of my grammer and spelling is not the best, I am trying my best.

I run the site shockgames.info my name is Mads I have around 7 arcade site and a arcade banner exchange program.
I can't offer a specific offer, because some games are really good, that would be sponsor for 500$ and other there are not as good, that I would only pay 50-100$ for.

When I sponsor a game, would I offcause want a banner to my site there are showing in the game, and a link to my website and a link to a website I have where I offer free games that other webmaster can use on there website.

I'm still not 100% sure I understand, but here's what I think you're saying:

1) You already have a site with a bunch of games on it, but you're not looking for more games to put on your site.

2) What you want is for people to permanently embed ads for your site into the games they're making for their own sites.

3) You are offering a one-time payment of between 50-500$ for the advertisement.

---

If I'm understanding you correctly, I think some people might be interested, but only if they're in the business of making tiny Flash games in 5-15 hours of development time. The game I'm doing is a much more serious project, though, so if I was going to sell in-game advertising, it'd be on a per-week basis rather than a one-time fee.
