It took me about five minutes of play to know I wanted to buy Break Quest, it's just that good.

RC's review (the last one) for galactic gladiator reads:
"Easy to pick up and play, just smack your mallet on the faces of presidential hopefuls and a few bad guys too. Definitively not of the caliber of President Forever or some of the other presidential games released recently, but well-worth a few minutes of your time if you are feeling bored and want to smash some heads. - RC"
Was he reviewing the right game?

Yes, but he was just a little drunk.

The indie game monthly roundup is the very best thing in the indie web world. Long may it prosper. Lots more people need to be reading this.
The triple opinion format is great, and the concise length is perfect for indie games (many of which don't really need a whopping big review, just enough for you to figure out if it sounds interesting enough to download).
A few typos and speeling errors inevitably creep in, but that's indie web publishing for you. Mike Kasprzak's writing is a bit scattery and unstructured, but Seth and Hamumu are both proving to be thoughtful and entertaining reviewers.
I write like I'm from the street. :D

I like MKs new initial and lasting impression piece :)
Sorry about the slip-up...I was pretty exhausted when I did that last night (and the puzzle goty)...I'll try to fix that...just have to find my laptop...

Very nice, as usual. Although, am I the only one that thinks Jets'n'Guns controls are just too sluggish? It's one of the things that makes the game so difficult, for me at least.

It's just you ;)
I like the way you guys are tough on games. It's a refreshing change from the old way indie games were reviewed lightly. Great work.

Woah that Jets'n'Guns game is quite something
Great job to everyone at Game Tunnel. I really enjoy the monthly reviews
Edit:
The JnG control scheme is a little sluggish for me too. Also, my weapons seem to become ineffective on level 2 (making it impossible to beat).
