Along the same lines of a post I recently made on blitzbasic.com, I have a collection if links here that might aid you lot in obtaining cheaper computer hardware / software for your development needs.

This may look like a spam message of sorts, but its not ment to be. I posted It here hoping I might be able to help a few of you save some pennys on your development costs.

Original thread I posted too is http://www.blitzbasic.com/Community/posts.php?topic=77427

Quick links to the websites involved include;

quidco.com (http://www.quidco.com/)
rpoints.com (http://www.rpoints.com)
freefivers.co.uk (http://www.freefivers.co.uk)
hotdeals.com (http://www.hotukdeals.com/)
lastminute-auction.com (http://www.lastminute-auction.com/)

With these you might be able to cut the cost of living your life, or probably much more realistic - the cost of any new PC hardware / software you purchase.

Hope this helps someone out there. Would love to know if there are any other sites like this out there too.

certainly bloody looks like spam to me.

If anyone else feels like that, I'll remove it.

Let me know.

Fair enough, I did post it in the hope that someone could find some use out of it. I did do a search for a other posts about such a topic before, but could not find any.

For the record I have used quidco extensively to save money all over the place, including on computer hardware.

I can vouch for the legitimacy and usefulness of Hot UK Deals and Quidco.

I bought a laptop from Dell in January using a 10% off voucher found on Hot UK Deals and using the Quidco affiliate link to get a further 5% off that - saving nearly £100. I also picked up a really good wireless access point for half price thanks to Hot UK Deals.

There's regular hardware bargains to be had - though not today it seems. Even so, for those of you who need to reduce your outgoings as full time indies these two sites could prove incredibly useful.
