Can anyone here so unlucky to have Vista installed (hehe) give a try to my games? I have someone that claims that all my games don't work under Vista. I have a really crap test machine (Macmini with Vista installed) with 256mb ram and a terrible intel videocard... and they run, so I presume they should run on any other configuration.

Quick download links:

try one of them (or if you have time all), you just need to install them and check that they start and load main menu (no need to play them since they say they crash on startup).

Thanks anyone for help :)

I tried the first download only on my Vista Ultimate Edition dual screen jobby here and it all worked 100% fine and even uninstalled correctly also.

Not that you need to, but I have to inform customers of this below at least on all my own much older pre-Vista years PC games if they want them for Vista:
Note: This title has also been tested to work with Windows Vista when set with the Program Compatibility Wizard to 'Microsoft Windows XP (Service Pack 2)' and 'Run this program as administrator'.

They may have a crappy intel gfx board tho :?

Hope that helps anyway.

You know, a lot of people who complain about Vista are just repeating it because others have said it. Half of the people who are doing the moaning have never even seen Vista, imho.

Monkey see, monkey do.

I just tried the first link: Soccer Manager and it installs fine, but when I run the game and get to the Choose Player screen everytime I click the OK button nothing happens. I will not go to the next screen.

Just tried Magic Stone and it really didn't run very well. The music kept skipping and was very choppy.

Just tried TV Station Mananger. The music was choppy and skipping also the lady in the pink/red dress persited on the main screen and blocked me from clicking on items.

My verdict is they do not run in Vista very well. Sorry. :(

I am attaching my DxDiag file.
