It's by a German development team and is available on the major game download sites. It's a lovely looking game.. really nice graphics and very polished. I also found it nice to play.

Thats a nice looking game. Not sure about the gameplay yet, but not been at it long.
It certainly gets more interesting to play further into the demo.
Ive never heard of SnowStep before. Where have they been hiding?

Wow,this game's really good looking and smooth playing. Gameplay could have a little more depth like strategic use of items for my taste. But the demo was fun.
...and it reminds me of Alien Flux in some strange way.

Gamepley wise I think it does get more challenging.. it's all about timing and using the items. It's a weird game in a sense. The other nice thing about it is that you can replay the same levels each time accessing new goodies or saving that extra turtle.
Production values are top notch.. the sort of thing I wanted on my PC / Amiga back when 2d console games where at their peak. I think I'm really taken in by the smooth, colourful graphics.. I'm soooo superficial! :)
While it does look great, I didn't find the gameplay all that interesting (kinda' boring actually).
Maybe it does get better or more challenging later on, but for the 15-20 min. I did play, it really didn't do much to "grab" me and make me want to continue playing it.

I agree. While I found the graphics and presentation to be very nice indeed, the game itself just didn't do it for me.
Another game with a high "WOW!" factor is Dino And Aliens: http://www.nevosoft.com/dino/dino.html
Barring any unforseen technical problems, I think that game is going to be a monster seller.
The bar certainly is rising.

Hello everyone,
I am sorry it took me so long to reply. :-)
I would be glad to talk about Turtle Bay if anyone is interested or has any specific questions.
Since I am the programmer I am limited to talks about the programming part. I might know a few things about the art or sounds and music, but I am really a bad artist and bad composer to give you any good replies. :-)

Hello kolka,
you say the installer is not working on your PC? Or can you install and then the game just does not start?
We are using NSIS from http://www.nullsoft.com/ as our installer and found it to be quite good with compatibility.
Please tell me what windows and what graphic card you are using.

The installer doesn't work. I run it, a blackbox window (like dos) appears on the screen and then suddenly disappears.
I use WinXP SP2, GeForece 4 440 MX. Hope you can help.

Hello kolka,
I am really sorry but I have not heard of such a problem before.
Sadly I don't know how to solve or how to investigate it. I checked the forums from NSIS and found no reports about such a behaviour.
Please try to download Froggy Castle 2 from any of our partners, ie:
Froggy Castle 2 (http://www.bigfishgames.com/downloads/froggycastle2/index.html)
Or another link for Turtle Bay:
