While working on the Game of the Year awards I've squeezed in the monthly article. Some fun games for sure, a couple of which are showing up in the awards as well :).

wow you have been busy. I see you found Eschalon Book1 anyway :-) I'd say the rating for me was "Free up several evenings in a row" because I played it obsessively for 20+ hours until I completed it. It's quite difficult until you release you need melee skills, range weapon skills AND magic skills! The story picks up too after the demo. I like the little descriptions that occur when you reach key areas too.
