Judging from the screenshots alone, I think the user interface needs improvement. It would be a shame if the game turns out to be great, only because of its sub-par interface that putting people off from downloading and trying it out.

Just my 2 cents.

What do you see as being wrong with the interface?

I don't think it's that bad... it's not as 'juicy' (I can't find a better word) than the top-range interfaces of the most popular games, but I don't look at it and think "That's crap!" either. I don't see anything that would actively put people off - it just doesn't actively draw people in as much as some.

I had a look also... I feel from an artistic point view, that it is 'not quite' stylised enough and lacks some attention to detail here and there - therefore it does not draw you in as much as it could do.

Some areas do look a bit bland to be honest.

Other than that it looks fine, but just lacks that bit more polish to make it a really good one with extra sales potential.

Just my 2cents of also here of course.

[Edit: Actually looking at the game screens again (I'm trying to be helpful here) it is the backgrounds that let it down a bit - they are not detailed enough IMHO. If the backgrounds were reworked, then the tile graphics as is would slot into the design better and finish it off pretty good... something like this 10min mockup/rework below and with boosted contrast giving it more arcade 'fruit' appeal perhaps :)]

Fair comments, but I am quite happy with how it looks. I would have liked to have a variety of backgrounds, but did not due to budget limitations. However, taking on board what you have said, maybe a little mroe colour would have livened it up a bit ;)
