As the largest independent mobile game developer in the world, Big Blue Bubble should be famous enough to get noticed by IBM by now. Even though I believe your story, IBM doesn't even own trademark for Big Blue and they never oficially used it so basis for a claim are quite weak.
Then again, with 146 billion dollars in the pocket they can go and sue anybody. :mad:
