The new staples flyer

has Real E$tate Empire in it. Got home the other day and one of the kids had circled the game and left the flyer on my keyboard. Very happy, kudos to Merscom.

I'm going to go buy a new color scanner tomorrow and see if the local store has it stocked (small town, might not happen).

I would assume it's the same in the UK as in North America.

Don't know about any other chains yet - I know Merscom (they picked it up for retail publishing and distribution) have been working on getting it to a bunch of chains but this is the first confirmation that it's actually on the shelves somewhere.

I'm not sure of why the game isn't on the Merscom site, I've kind of been wondering about that myself - it was on some other publishers site so maybe they have done a further deal or have a parent company or something.
