I'm not sure if it fits in here because it is not REALLY an independent game but some time ago a company approached me to do a small viral flash game for them. The only constrain was that it should fit to what the company was doing which was very dry financial software.
So with the help of my colleagues Daniel Renkel and Julia Zaadstra we did "Excit" - a puzzle game that looks like an Excel Spreadsheet. The gameplay is a clone of an older game but we took a lot of time into polishing everything and making the game feel nice and juicy. Unfortunately before the game was finished the company was bought up by another company and the game was never officially published. Luckily, we've still got the money from them but until today the game was just rotting away on our servers so I thought I post it here so we have at least some people playing it. There is even a High Score list!

Also, feel free to visit our website. There is a small flash game on it too, you can use a small submarine to swim around on the website. Just click the bright submarine button on the left. There is a nice surprise if you manage to collect enough bubbles. Unfortunately, everything is in German. We are working on an international version

We would love to get some feedback.
