I can't find the 'start a poll' thing from the faq


: edit : seems the faq needs updating as I found out the mods disabled it. But polls are good since there aren't really any dickheads on this forum to ruin them. Sure there's not enough people to get a proper test, but for technical stuff it's good.

Polls aren't enabled because the admins and mods believe that they don't contribute much to real discussion, and are dominated by people new to the board, resulting in questions like "What's the most important feature to have in an MMORPG?", followed by a long list of things that probably aren't the most important feature of an mmorpg.

fair enough, maybe enable it for longer term members as a 'reward' :) If they still don't want them then a faq update would stop annoying posts.. such as this one :rolleyes:
