HipSoft has created a special holiday-themed version of Puzzle Express called "Holiday Express" (http://www.hipsoft.com/he.html). There's falling snow, jolly music, and festive photos to enjoy.

From now through the end of the year, we're giving away free copies of Holiday Express on CD-ROM for every purchase of a HipSoft Mega-CD (which contains full versions of 8 HipSoft games). The HipSoft Mega-CD normally costs $49.95.

As a fun thank-you for everyone on IndieGamer forums, you can use the link below to save $10 on the HipSoft Mega-CD (and you'll still get the free copy of Holiday Express on CD-ROM):

Although our games are not a good fit for many of the forum users, it might make a great gift for your friends or family members.

Happy holidays (and happy game sales) to everyone! :)

I notice trivia machine doing well on Real. Congrats on another success. You guy's certainly have the eye for making fun games for the portal audiences (and perhaps just in general).

One of our goals with the game was to determine if the casual/portal market would go for a trivia game. We decided not to add the multiplayer features we originally had planned until we knew the market would go for trivia. It's definitely been another good learning experience for us.

I wonder why our game Quizland (http://www.winterwolves.com/quizland.htm) wasn't so successful instead :D
Well was my friend idea and didn't like it so much, and so far isn't doing great... wonder if it's related to the fact that the questions are too European-oriented? (as some customer reported)

I think it shows where Hipsoft really excels. Its in their ability to take a concept and do it the "right" way. It's the way the play is balanced and the presentation is done and how it all comes together. Quizland just doesn't have the same level of polish.

Yes, I agree. Even if I think the questions play an important role. For example I couldn't really buy Hipsoft game because I am unable to answer to almost all the questions :)
(just a suggestion for him... in future versions add more "international" questions!)

...and exclude the questions like - "The best online game portal" - Real One Arcade

:D :D :D

Just to a look at Gem Shop, very nice (Level 5 hit me like a brick wall: I used up all my retries trying to get passed it with no luck :( :) )

Any way, the real reason I'm writing is because of the #1 name on your Casual Daily and All-Time list. Being that it is soooo far ahead of any other score and its also the name of a commercial web site, are you sure its a legit score? It looks kinda' suspicious ...

Again, Great job on the game.
