Do you think they are worth using for marketing your products?

Also, if you have photoshop, those that do can use this template (its not perfect, but I like it) I made freely, its not much, but every little helps? :)

there are 3 versions: version 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0. version 2.0 is the best, the newer versions create weird looking boxes and are harder to use, in my opinion.

The problem with boxshots is that customers can think that they are actually getting a boxed version of your game. I've had that happen even though I don't use box shots.

If you actually ARE selling a boxed version of your game then box shots are good. But then you could just take a picture of the box :)
