I'm not sure about this, but seems so: latest orders with emails from @hotmail.com always bounced back... I got this message (I've put XXX instead of the customer real email for privacy reasons):

The original message was received at Sun, 7 Oct 2007 10:59:23 -0700

Anyone else has this problem? before was working fine, I had many hotmail orders without any problem.
Of course I've already noticed plimus of this :)

Hotmail's spam filter is in fact a newsletter filter as well, and all bulk e-mail like e-mail tends to get blocked by it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm under the impression that the issue is that PLIMUS rejects orders from hotmail users, not that hotmail blocks Plimus orders (seems to be a bit of confusion.)

Nope, it's definitely Hotmail rejecting the Plimus domain messages... nothing you can do about it except contact Plimus, which I see you've already done. I suppose you might also try contacting Hotmail support, but that probably wouldn't get you anywhere.

I had this issue with a new host I signed up with and their solution was for me to "use my own SMTP server." Needless to say, I canceled that plan right quick.

Plimus replied, they talked with microsoft and solved the issue :)
