I wonder if usage of Spiderman and R2D2 counts as fair use in Toy Room?

If I recall there was a thread with this guy before which illustrated his lack of understanding when it comes to intellectual property laws.

I tried the Small Fish & Great Sea game. My honest feedback is that it's one of the most annoying Flash games I've ever played. If the player doesn't move immediately left or down upon the start of the game, the fish is (I assume) eaten. You've got to ease the player into the game and slowly ramp up the difficulty.
