free good keywords app

just remembered somethinig, for those of you who don't know already:

there is a nice little free program that will help you find good keywords for your website. it tells you the commonly used search strings on yahoo.com, lycos, etc. so you just type something like "free games" and it will give you a big list of search terms people are using, like "download games for free" or "where can i download free games", (i just made those up)... you can get it at:

it works great. i usually just pay attention to the overture (yahoo) results... the other search engines don't seem to be too informative...
