Ugh.. I haven't updated that in a few years. Got something fresh and cool coming soon (6 months to 12 years time).

Dofus is probably the best example of something approximating an MMO in Flash.

Neither of those are action-oriented though...

Check out Kongregate Racing. It's the only multiplayer action game in Flash I can think of.
