Hello,

a week ago, I wrote an email both to Plimus and BMT Micro (as our game is still unfinished, we didn't decide which one to choose yet), and I asked if it would be possible to make some kind of combination with other providers.

Let's say, I wrote some software or game and I also want to sell a book for it (documentation, hint book, or whatever), using "lulu.com" (that's a print-on-demand service). Is it possible to combine that somehow, so that the customer who'd like to buy software+book only has to fill out a single order form instead of buying from two entirely different places?

Do you know anything about that? Sadly I didn't receive any answer so far from those services.

Ahh thanks for the info!
But sad that this is pretty much compared to the others. Of course, I could do some "special combo offer" on lulu, and then sell both items separately in the regular manner. But in that case, there would be also two services... :/

Okay but I'll keep that in mind. Anyone here who knows if something similar is possible the other way round (or better said, the way I originally suggested)?

Okay but in the "standard" tier it's only 9,5% and $1.25 as a minimum. For $19,95 this would be only $1,90 compared to $3,99 (20%)

EDIT: or is "standard" not recommended?
